The Scenario

The operation was subordinated to the loan of over € 300 million from the Elliott fund to the Chinese entrepreneur, aimed on one side to finance the purchase of AC Milan and on the other side for the current needs of the football club.

The Challenge

Enhance the role of the Elliott fund, assisted and represented in Italy by the law firm Craca Di Carlo Guffanti Pisapia Tatozzi (5 Lex), during a moment of great media attention directed above all to the buyer and the seller.
